WAYPOINT GIVEAWAY – Sphero Star Wars BB-8 Droid

WAYPOINT  GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

1. ADMINISTRATOR: The WAYPOINT  Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is administered by WAYPOINT, 1545 Sawtelle Blvd. Ste. 21, Los Angeles, CA 90025 (the “Administrator”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway participation is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are employed by client companies of WAYPOINT. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY:  The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 26, 2017 and ends 11:59 PM PT on June 2, 2017 (the “Giveaway Period”).  The Giveaway Period consists of seven (7) days. Limit one (1) entry per person per Giveaway Period.  By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by entrant’s online service may apply and are entrant’s sole responsibility. If entering via a mobile device, normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by entrant’s phone service may apply and are entrant’s sole responsibility.

4. Prizes: The Giveaway prize is a Sphero Star Wars BB-8 Droid.

Limit one (1) Giveaway prize per person/email address. All prize details will be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. The prize will be awarded to the winning participant and sent in the mail to the participant’s provided address. The prize will be awarded “as is” and without any warranty, except as required by law.

5. GIVEAWAY PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Giveaway Prize winner will be chosen in a random drawing to be held on or about June 10, 2017 from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator. The odds of winning the Giveaway Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Administrator’s interpretation of these rules and decisions shall be final. The potential Giveaway Prize winner will be notified via email using the email address provided during the Giveaway Period.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant of an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting account. Administrator is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected because of email addresses that are no longer correct, or for any other reason beyond the exclusive control of the Administrator.

6. GENERAL RULES/VERIFICATION: By entering the Giveaway, you represent and warrant that you have fully complied with these Official Rules. If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Giveaway and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these official rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website involved in the Giveaway or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Administrator reserves the right to seek all available remedies, including without limitation criminal prosecution, and damages, including without limitation attorneys’ fees, from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law. No responsibility is assumed by Administrator for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, typographical or other errors, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email sent or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or on any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation in or downloading any materials from this Giveaway. Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with any entry mechanism, to be violating these Official Rules or to be acting in a disruptive manner. In no event will the Administrator be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes per winning entry.
