WAYPOINT recently came into possession of a particular piece of hardware known as the Dreamoc HD3, and this piece of equipment does something quite special. It projectors vividly realistic holograms within a glass prism.

The extensive visual possibilities with the Dreamoc are far from limited to basic logo animations. Dependent on how one’s After Effects projects are calibrated and rendered, the Dreamoc can facilitate and exhibit the most complex of motion graphic designs.
Within the coming weeks, WAYPOINT’s video department will be utilizing this hardware as a platform with which to display their collector’s edition figurines. A hologram environment and various graphic elements will be created within After Effects. These graphic elements will interact with the collector’s edition figurine in a striking way relevant to whatever the brand the item comes from.
